The following sites are all FREE.  They are very basic in nature but have great information.  

People Finder Sites:

• Skipease is a large directory of other sites to aid in skip tracing.
• The Ultimates White Pages Search Yahoo, WhoWhere, Switchboard, Four11, Infospace, and Worldpages all from one site. Reverse search (by phone number) is also available.
• Yahoo! Directory provides a directory of Phone Number and Address resources.
• Ancestry.Com search includes information from the Social Security Death Index
• US West phone listings
• Bigfoot Another large search engine.
• Yahoo! People Search.
• AnyWho Directories by AT&T Labs (search AT&T white pages).

• Fone Finder (if you have a phone number and need to find the city/state).
