Each package can be tailored to meet your specific needs or we can set your account up with a la cart services. The Full Tenant Screening Report provides everything mentioned in the Express Report. Additionally, the full tenant report provides phone verification for tenant rental and employment references.

commercial credit report

Includes a tenant business credit report.

commercial express report

Business tenant credit report & eviction search on both the business and owner, and criminal conviction search on the business owner.

commercial full report

Provides the same information on the Express report, plus phone verification on rental and credit references.

canadian credit report

The Canadian Credit Report provides a credit profile from Canada on the resident / tenant.

canadian full report

Provides the same information which is provided on our regular Full report above, except the credit report & phone verification calls are Canadian. (If you need a criminal background in Canada, it is an additional $25 per Province & takes approximately 5 business days to receive.)

RSI quick application

Send an online tenant rental application via email to your clients.  They pay for the application fee online and results can be reviewed on the RSI website.

Each background check package is based on a specific type of industry and the level of desired investigation.
