Express Report

• Available INSTANTLY online.

Business Credit Reports

•  Rental Services, Inc. can also provide your company with Business Credit Reports.
•  Business Credit Reports provide the information you need to check credit worthiness and establish credit terms with customers.
• Doing business with a company that has a positive credit standing will help you to maximize your cash flow and reduce write-offs.

SSN Trace

•  Generally includes year and state of issuance.
• This check may reveal use of multiple SSN and/or aliases.
• Criminal records may be searched using aliases found; previous locations of residence may be used to determine jurisdictions for criminal record searches.
• Turn around is same day for phone, Internet and fax, mail requires an additional 2-3 days.

Eviction and Skip Check

• We would screen all applicants through our eviction and skip file. This information goes back seven years and is collected from county court houses all over the United States.
• Online eviction states include AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA (Fresno, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego and Santa Barbara County ONLY), CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV, WY, VA.
• Our database also includes information from landlords who have reported renters that have skipped, broken leases, and those residents who have done an inordinate amount of damage to a rental unit.
• Name matches in our database are verified by contacting the previous landlord, matching social security numbers and getting the details regarding the problems.

Verification Calls

• All information taken on the rental application would be thoroughly verified by one of our credit investigators.
• The current landlord and at least one prior landlord along with their present and previous employer will be contact based on application information.
• Turn around by fax, Internet or phone within 24 hours pending response, Monday through Friday. Mail service 2-3 days pending response, Monday through Friday.

Criminal, State History

• Criminal history reports are available as an individual item.
• Available from all fifty states.
• Most are statewide repositories; some are on a county-by-county basis.
• Includes felonies as well as misdemeanors.
• Registered sex offender search available in 42 states with Insta-Criminal search.

• Reported activity is generally limited to seven years.
• Open arrest warrants are also reported and generally include cases awaiting trial or charges for failure to appear.

• OFAC is the Office of Foreign Asset Control, part of the U.S. Department of Treasury.
